Question concerning 'At Rapier's Point' . Does it include attack, critical & fumble charts for the Black Powder & other weapons described inthe PDF ?

I did a quick look and;
 Yes it has a firearm and a grenade attack table and a shrapnel crit chart.

Rule #0: A GM has the right to change any rule in a book to fit their game.
Role Play not Roll Play.
Use a System to tell the story do not let the system play you.

I recommend this one (and Pirates) for anyone incorporating black powder weapons in their games. We use a combination of the rules from both books for our RM2 Steampunk game and they work seamlessly.

Having Weapon Law: Firearms doesn't hurt either.

I find the combo of rules in ARP and Pirates more well-suited to RM2/RMC than the WL:Firearms rules. It keeps the lethality of firearms without getting "techy" about calibres, makes, etc...
