One of the things on RPGNow was a link to a free layout programme called Scribus.

Has anyone used it? Is it better trying to use it, or would Word be sufficient?

I do not know anything about it but in general layout programs offer superior options vs word programs. But again I do not know how it stands up to MS Word.

Something i just thought of maybe someone will take on the layout of your project(s) for a piece of the profit. I know it is a long shot but the worst they could say is no.

Outsourcing future work was something I was considering, if the initial one is successful enough.

That is always the problem. Is it going to look good enough to sell well? Or is it not going to look good and hurt the product.

I'm not expecting huge sales either way (I could be wrong, which would be nice). It looks like I have a solution though.
