Armor and Spells

I'm a convert from RM to HARP.  Does wearing certain armor affect the ability to cast spells like in RM? I've going through the rules now for the new version, but was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks.   ;D

Armor requires to spend more PP to cast a Spell. Search for Casting Penalty (CP) page 90 and later.
