Title: 4g Master Character Table

On page 331 there is a reference to the Master Character Table. After looking over the PDF several times, I could not find this table. Perhaps I missed it or it was left out on purpose? Just thought I'd bring that to your attention.

It sits outside the current manuscript as Tim will need to manhandle it into the final version. It can be found in the download area.
