How do I upload an Avatar to my profile?

Go to Profile in the top menu.
Under the Modify Profile menu select Forum Profile option
The first section is Personalized Picture
3rd bullet option is Upload an avatar

It should be easy from there.

Just remember -
Avatars are part of your profile, and subject to the same review as signatures.  They must comply with the Rules of Conduct.
