What are the training package costs for a Semi-Psychic under the optional rules for SM:P?

 Good question. I went and looked at the two versions of the Semi-Psi document I have and could not find it listed there. But I do seem to remember that in the past on this forum someone made a command decision and rules that it should be the average of your 1st profession and that of the Psychic profession.
