ERA RMSSFRP questions

I have a few questions on features and options in the RMSSFRP versions of ERA.

Are you locked in to the RMSS round style with snap/normal/deliberate actions or can you use something else like RMC rounds or a custom/some other round style?

Does the Mentalism Companion add-on include the language category rules from the companion?

Is the travel tab only useful for calculating travel time based on distance or is there other functionality there?

Are training package spell list costs and behavior included in either the character or spell law packages, or do you have to purchase the mentalism companion(or some other companion) to be able to use them?

Are the resistance as a skill rules from SoHK available in any of the modules?

The system could handle some mix of the round rules, but it is not currently available as a setting. If there is interest, we could think about working along that idea.

Does the Mentalism Companion add-on include the language category rules from the companion?
The changes proposed in the Mentalism Companion imply adjusting the skill categories in the game, which would imply revising all the profession skill costs. I'm certain there is a way of managing these rules by doing some custom handling of the skills and ranks for the characters in a campaign with such a ruling in use.

Is the travel tab only useful for calculating travel time based on distance or is there other functionality there?
Apart from distance traveled you can determine the length of rest per night.
You can click on the "Choose a map" link, which will ask for a new image. That image will be saved and always presented when you enter the Travel module. This might be useful if you set it to the campaign location map.
The original idea was to add more features to the map image, to help calculate distances and travel times. At the moment, those features are on the long term ToDo list.

After you install the Mentalism Companion package, you will get the whole description of all the spell lists in that book, you should just add the list as with any other. There is no support for Training Packages in the current version of ERA (although it's one of the promised ones for the next big release).

Are the resistance as a skill rules from SoHK available in any of the modules?
Not in the current version. You could manually add the skill and cost, develop it normally, and after leveling up set a special bonus in the RRs to match the difference between the number given and the correct one under the alternative rules.
