Title: Question on the old Condensed Combat Rules from HB #11 & 12

On the Weapon Statistics - Part II table for the Condensed Combat Rules from the old HARPer's Bizaar #11 and #12, there was an entry that states "* - May not move with these weapons loaded and ready to fire. They may be carried in hand and fired as if reloading (penalty applies)."  But there is no "*" listed under any of the weapons in Part 1 of the table.  I always assumed that this applied to the various bows (Long, Short, Cross, etc.).

But since I am restarting my HARP game back up, I wanted to see if anyone else had an opinion on this?

This seems reasonable.
