Title: Fire and Ice Errata - Aether Ball Attack Table?
Post by: FatSteve on December 21, 2015, 12:17:22 PM
As I'm sure many have noticed, the Aether Ball attack table in Fire and Ice was published without being finished.  It shows a result of 1A for every roll (until you get to the unmodified 96+ range).  I have wondered about this for a long time, but only recently have I finally gotten an Arcane Elementalist to survive his own spell casting long enough to be able to cast an Aether Ball attack.  I kept hoping someone would finish the attack table, but I can't find anything.

So, does anyone have a (complete) attack table for Aether Ball?

The table looks normal in my copy....

My copy also looks fine, but I did notice that some entries on the number rolled table in some of the charts had ## entries instead of numbers.
IMHO you should contact Thom and or Colin at ICE and see what they can do for you. But I do not know if they can as the product was produced by the Old ICE.

I think I probably purchased my copy too early, right when it first came out.  I just bought the PDF, and they have since corrected the oversight.  In the original printing, the chart just showed a result of "1A" for every number between F and the "UM 96-100" range.  The one in the PDF looks much better.  (Of course, I had to buy it twice, but I wanted the PDF anyway...)

Thanks!
