Title: 10 years of HARP?

Did we have some kind of celebration for the 10 years of HARP?

Or am I wrong with a December 2003 release date for the first non revised rule book?

We're using 2004 as the release of HARP....
So you are correct that HARP's 10 years are upon us and we'll be playing that up at times during the next 12 months.
