Title: ERA Character creation, latest build 2020/11/13

Hello, the ERA software will not let me create new characters.
I go through the process and name the character, then click on the 'go to character' button and I get an error

SystemConfigurationFailed: XMLCharacterParser class reports: while reading bill - Lvl 0 (Preadolescent).char.XML Reading a number failed: a digit between 0 and 9 expected

I have tried with a few different paths, this one was a basic fighter named bill.
I have just updated to the latest patch and imported all of the book updates.
I can take existing characters, level them up etc, but not create new ones.
Any help is appreciated.

For anyone else with the same issue, this was solved via the mail support.
An old version of the ERA RMFRP Character Law was installed, so new characters were not including the new information about racial injury recovery modifier.
After updating to the latest version of the packages, the issue was solved.
