MERP 1e vs 2e — What went where?

Been acquiring some 2e MERP books recently, and I'm beginning to try to get a sense of which books were or weren't adopted into 2e. Court of Ardor being one example, of course, but as far as I can see none of the Harad or even Umbar were covered by 2e? What else?
