Hey,
I don't know if anyone wants to read through these, but I have 2 Play By Post campaigns set in Cyradon. One uses D&D rules (yeah I know, I caved) and the other one uses Harp.
The D&D one is set in Belynar and they are exploring everything, and I make it up as they go. PBP games are nice for GMs because they are slow. It's more of a dungeon crawl, but I'm using all of the NPCs and such. I plan on having small numbers of arrivals instead of large numbers of arrivals through the Royal Roads. I am also debating about the Ritual, as I love the idea of a large ruined and desolate city with small amounts of creatures living there.

The Harp one is set on the island of Cairnus and is more of a political game. I'm using the Schirae running the island by puppet strings like it says in the Cyradon book. I have set up "The Lords" and the government as strong and not caring much for the populace. Also children and adults have been kidnapped at a high rate, and the party learns that The Lords are creating their monstrosities from children... I loved the idea that the island is cut off from the mainland.

I also have 2 small websites to help with maps and such and to keep track of NPCs and such.

Both campaigns I "drop" new characters through a portal (aka royal roads) near the party. It's a nice way to introduce new characters, but just dropping them on their faces. hehe.
