Title: Timing of Adrenals with 0% activity

Hi all,  how do you handle adrenals with 0% activity? Can this be allowed any time during a round or only on the characters initiative?
Specifically adrenal stun removal.

I assume that's an RMC question, since there's no Adrenal Stun Removal in RMSS. I would make the character wait until their initiative though.

I thought "Stun Removal" was a write in along with "Stun Maneuvering"?

It's kind of inconsistent. RMSS has Stunned Maneuvering, but the mechanic removes stun. RMFRP has Stun Removal, with the same skill description as RMSS's Stunned Maneuvering. SoHK lists both, with two different mechanics neither of which matches RMSS or RMFRP. Neither is an "Adrenal" skill. RMSS and RMFRP don't say anything about how much activity is required.

I would still make the character wait until their initiative.

As I recall it, the meaning of Stunned Maneuvering was lost/changed in a RM2 companion...maybe the second?

SoHK for RMFRP split it into 2 skills when ICE realized the meaning of skill and skill name did not match anymore.
