I don't know if this helps, but i see Dark Schneider knows spanish. There was a Spell Law book in spanish that had their tables wrong. There were Balls tables arriving to 150, and bolts with a maximun of 100. They had also changed tables with other bolts. I had the book in english and spanish, so i noticied soon.
It was really strange because there is 3 zones:
Title zone like ICE BOLT
Table zone like 100-----6A
101-----7A
102-----8B
And the zone telling which critical is supposed to be: Fire, Ice, Impact, etc.
Each zone seem to be totally mixed, and in every possible combination.
Maybe, just maybe, this is what Dark S. see in his book....
