Mage drake rewuisites

Im Runnibg  a long term rm campaign on a himebrew world using rmss. One of my players would like to finish the campaign becoming a mage drake, i cant find requirements! Could anyone help please?

Details about the ritual of ascension is in the SUC, chapter 6.6, p23.

RoCoI also has a section on Mage Drakes (and the more powerful Arcane Drakes).  But yes, SUC has the requirements for the actual ritual.

...which was the original question. The mere fact the player knew about mage drakes at all pointed out already on the fact he or the GM read the RoCo I already.
