The first two adventure seeds went Silver today.  This is auspicious because the two products to release BEFORE them are copper, which means we're selling better than stuff that's been up a week or more longer.  This is the first solid indication I've had that the Adventure Seeds have a broad appeal, and aren't just being snatached up by Echoes customers.  I've been getting repeat business on #2 as well.  We'll see if it stays as strong.  I'm happy, though.

Alright, we finished adventure 1 last session and I'm planning on running adventure seeds 1a and 1b next. I've just one question that arose after reading 1b: Does the bad guy have a real motivation for being bad? Or should I think of one myself to make him more real?

thanks in advance

Next two up at RPGNow (downloading now).  Must have snuck them in while you were sleeping. ;)

Yeah.  I started a new job and I'm in full time training, so I barely had time to sneak them up.

I finally got around to reading the adventure in TGA #2. Just wanted to tell you that I really like it. It reminds me of an adventure I ran once where the players entered an old elven ruin and relived the final battle against the orcs. The best thing in that adventure was that there were actually some orcs sneaking around in te ruins again and the players were pretty surprised when they came out of their dream of the battle and were surrounded by newly slain orcs ;D

I just picked up 3a and 3b and enjoyed them very much.
