Why are Emer I and II not on Drivethroughrpg.com?

Or are they, and I just can't find them?

Or is there a story behind this?

They are not on DriveThru RPG. Terry is working on rewrites of both books, and they don't want to sell the old material to people shortly before releasing the new works.

Thanks. Now that, of course, changes the question into "when WILL they be on DTRPG?" :D

For that you will need to ask whichever voices in Terry's head are assigned responsibility for Emer I & Emer II.

Well, I want to do revisions, and have made great progress on both, but my editor (and a recent poll I did here) stressed the need for new material. It also sells much better. Hence I am concentrating on Emer IV. Then Maybe the NE Jaiman module I have mostly completed. then those revisions.

The original Emer I and II are really inferior, done 30 years ago. They need more material, adventures, color, and better indexes. My goal would be to have them done in the next couple of years.....

Well, one could always offer the original inferior material as, well, cheap entry drug, sort of. :)

That's not up to me. but from what I have already written for Emer I and II second edition, they will be far, far better than the first editions. The difference will be even more than the difference between the Eidolon 1st and 2nd editions.

If you had Eidolon  1st ed and bought the (hugely expanded and updated) 2nd edition, please review it on RPGNow. It only takes a moment and revews can help our sales (and inspire me to work harder on those new editions of Emer I & II, new background, history, adventures...)

I've been lagging in this department as well.  Never sure if it helps to have a review from the same person across multiple similar products.  People might take me for a Fanatic. =D  (Which I am when it comes to SW, but nobody else needs to know that).
