Got it. Looks rather nice, though I'm still digesting it.
I am already toying with the notion of starting a game on the Play-by-Post board at RPG.net, though depending on the player interest I may use Eden's Unisystem rather than HARP as that has a lot of fans over on RPGnet and its very easy to use in a pbp medium, especially with new players.
