Hi all.
I would like to know where can I find the exact powers of these artifacts. In Jaiman appendix the information doesn't look too clear. Visions? Mental comunication among users?

There is slightly more detail in the Atlas Addendum of the Emer boxed set (that seems to be the only other place they are actually described), but it's not a full description. The notable addition is the statement that the exact powers of the orbs is unclear, and may be subject to change, which could also depend on the user.

If you've got it, you could take a look at the description of the Palantir in Treasures of Middle Earth. They always struck me as being something similar.
