Just some quick questions

Well really just one for now but there will be more.

With the Major Healing spell what scaling option do you use to regrow and eye when somebody looses an eye to a critical?
I was thinking heal organ damage but you could also add heal nerve damage on top of it.

I'd say use the entry for organ damage if there's structural damage to the eye. If it's "only" nerve damage, such as to the retina and/or the optic nerve (Matt Murdock, I'm looking at you!), use the nerve damage entry.
Murphy's Law says 'Whatever can go wrong, will go wrong.'

I think Murphy was an incurable optimist.

The crit say's 'Target looses an eye' so I would expect you have to regrow the whole thing.
Does it even come under the Major Healing spell?
Should there be a whole new spell, Re-Grow Body Part maybe?
For simplicity sake I would be better if it was kept under the Major Healing spell even if I have to add a new scaling option (If we can get away with the existing scaling options all the better).

I would use the "Increase Healing (heal organ damage), +10PP" scaling option for the Major Healing spell, as an eye is a very complex part of the body. Even more so if you're talking about a race that has night vision or dark vision.
