Perhaps some "drip tracks" ( I don't know what else to call them) on her face, as well as the drops that haven't fallen yet.
Her left eye looks very slightly larger than her right (left in terms of anatomy, right in terms of placement on the work)... but given the shape of her face, the direction she's looking and the POV, I'm not sure it wouldn't look like that in a photo either. Illusionary shapes caused by perspective are the rule, not the exception. She has a very straight-sided face with very prominent cheekbones, which seems to lend itself to that kind of distortion. Anne Hathaway is the same way, the apparent shape of her face changes with the camera angle from which you look.
The fact that the height of the face above the water is just precisely that needed to make her canine teeth touch the water's surface but no other teeth gives her a slightly wild animal/vampire look. Is that intentional? It's interesting, whether it's deliberate or not.
