Title: Jonathan Dale's Rolemaster Spreadsheet for Macs
Post by: Elton Robb on May 25, 2009, 01:24:44 PM
Guys,

A friend of mine is fixing up JD's rolemaster spreadsheet.  I've been having problems running it on a mac, and I don't know what to do since I've forgotten how to program an Excel spreadsheet.  My friend has come to the rescue, so after we are done fixing it up, I'll put it back up here.

So anyone who has a mac with Excel can use it.  Sounds like a plan, hmm?

I have seen quite a few people ask for a Mac version of J Dales sheet. If you are having trouble programing Excel all you have to do is use the Help feature.

The other thing is to use Open Office as quite a few people like that also. I do not remember if OO is available for Mac but it might be something to check into.

Open Office is available for Macs and there's also a Mac specific version of it called Neo Office.

I've been heavily editing Sean's Excel sheet as I was stumped with Dale's 'next level' macro and Sean's simply has each level as a column - not as compact but I've created a sheet with just the skill names, ranks and bonuses. It takes up 3 pages with 3 columns per page of skills (it's linked to the large skill sheet and updates automatically).

My Excel programming skill basic so I'll not be able to help with Dale's sheet but if you need any graphics help, just let me know. :)

Thanks.  I think I have some of the graphics down pat. ;)
