Title: Harp 1st edition: does monsters chart already includes armor penalty?

Hi everybody, pretty much what the subject says: do the monsters' entries in the creatures' chart in the Harp 1st edition core rulebook already include the max/min armour penalty to monsters' skills and OB? I don't think so, but I'd like to be sure about it.

The monster descriptions have a portion of the description which outlines how the creatures DB was calculated. If this description does not include actual armor, then do not use the min/max penalty. If the creatures DB calculation includes armor, I do not believe the armor penalty is applied.
