Title: HARP Basics

What would be the best source for an overview of the basics for HARP? 

That way when I get time I can get up to speed on it.

There is a HARP Lite product which would generally cover the concept and be a quick read - but the details won't be accurate because we've made some changes in the recent tweaking.  Once the tweaking products are ready we can get you a copy of the pdf to work from.  Core book willl cover 90% of it and then Martial Law and College of Magics fill out the rest.
