Spells: New uses for old spells
« on: September 12, 2008, 03:26:06 PM »
Trying to get some more ideas for using spells for what they are not intended for. Any ideas let me know.

Well, if you read my "Social Implications of Magic" articles in The Guild Companion, a fair amount of the content is based on thinking "What would I do with these abilities if I were a normal person with a job instead a wandering kook?" Since the spell lists were built with adventurers in mind, I'd say a fair amount of the results include unintended uses.

There have been threads on this subject before.  I forget the threads title, but a search couldn't hurt...he suggested...being to lazy to do it himself...it is late and I have had many beers...

I've seen things you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time... like tears in rain... Time to die.
