Quick question to make sure,

If someone uses shield and sword...two weapon combo style etc...

Then has developed his shield bash skill or something like it to and advanced degree...
equal to his sword OB.......      So lets say he has a sword OB of 120, and a shield OB of 120..

The shield is the type that provides +25 to db...

So now he full parries with everything because a flurry of blows is coming his way,
does he combine the full parry of both to get a total parry db of 265?   Not including his
natural QU db?

I would say no. He only has his innate DB plus the shield bonus, plus the 120 OB from parry.

I'd let him parry two attacks as he has two weapon combo.

  RMSS/FRP rules:
No as the total OB (max OB) is based on the style; if you have an OB of lesser value than the style value you use the lesser value.

Some things to keep in mind..

For RMFRP at least, the above 120 in Shield Bash and 120 Sword OB example, would still be limited by the TWC skill. The OB for either weapon in TWC is limited by the lesser OB (in this case they are the same, 120) and can't be higher than the skill in TWC. (Although magic and off-hand adjustments may apply.) So, weapon OB can't be higher than TWC skill.

Since the OB (before the OB/DB split) is limited by the TWC skill bonus, it will limit DB for the character.

If you somehow had 120 in Sword, 120 in Shield Bash it would be very difficult (but perhaps not impossible; players are a crafty bunch.) to have 120 in TWC. The OB is for the Two-Weapons-you-use-in-Combat, skill. :)

Per the full parry rules, you only get the "Shield" bonus of a weapon if you full parry with it. . .so the inherent "shield" bonus of a shield used as a weapon is negated. So you either "Just use it as a shield" for the shield bonus or "Full parry in TWC" to get parry + shield bonus. . .if you devote any OB to OB for your TWC shield in split, the "shield bonus" portion is just lost.
