When you design a ship it is possible to have a flaw creep into the design, this lowers the cost of the design. If and when these problems are corrected does the price automatically go up?
I am torn between yes it goes up to the normal price and it goes up by some fraction of the price. Because IMO every time a problem is fixed it does not mean that it is fixed in the most expensive way. Maybe the designers have thought of a new way to get around some of the age old problems.
