Title: Dev pts a bit off?

So I am setting dev points to 50, which is actually default and should probably be changed in the options section, but when I level up it is only giving me 45, or 95 for the first level. Any ideas?

It seems to be taking an automatic 5 for something. I don't remember coding any preliminary checks UNLESS you created a hybrid. I think there may be something there for that. I'll look into it.

That is probably it, it was a hybrid char.

it shouldn't be doing that every time though so I'll see if I can find that error.
