Hello to all
I have a problem
I can not find the optional rule concerning the B.A.R.
I mean
I read on the spell law that pure and hybrids have 1 per level but i'm sure somewhere there is a rule that says
Says that the pure have 1 per liv hybrid 2 per liv and arcmage 3 per liv
You can help me find that rule

For RM2 It´s in the lvl bonus chart in RoCo II.
