Breadcrumbs *eaten* (broken)

When you select one of the forum sub-categories in the breadcrumbs at the top, the full front page is displayed. Shouldn't it just load up the sub-category selected?

Example: Official ICE Forums >> Iron Crown Enterprises >> Systems & Settings >> HARP.
Click on Systems & Settings.
Opens the front page of the forum.
Expected: Opens the sub-category displaying only child forums.

Also, on the topic, why is there two "home" breadcrumbs? Seems confusing...

  I do not know what is going on as I only volunteer and have nothing to do with the websites programming/coding. But if I was to guess I would guess that the links are messed up onto what they point back towards.
