Item costs (potions, armors, weapons)
« on: July 27, 2010, 04:24:39 AM »
Hello

My problem is that I cannot properly determine the prices of items such as potions and item qualities such as +1/+2/+3 armors/weapon etc. I have found some sections that tell me about items. But I must have missed something because I cannot find anything that helps me calculating prices.

I am currently playing HARP and using core rules atleast anything except for combat.
Anyone who could help me with this prizing thing? I'm very bad at estimating items without proper formula.

EDIT: Oh I just wanted to tell that by reading harp books such as martial law and loot field and core rulebook. They state differnet pricings for items. For example multipliers are given in martial law for creating item. But still this does not help a bit. The items with these multipliers are way too cheap compared to items that have already been made and written in those books. So i cannot calculate the proper formula for creating items.

I'm totally lost and has lost ability to even calculate basic items for this game now. I cannot even calculate +1 or +2 armors :(
helb me

Uh i'm getting very very confused.

thanks anyway, Raulus

Actually... I found out (at last) some explanation of creating items. There are some in College of Magics, but this only tells me about magical items. Unfortunately there is such a huge gap between non magical and magical items!

Well i think this will help me for now. Thanks anyway. Seems like I panicked for no reason :)
