Attack Spells

Hey Guys,

HARP newbie here.

Do elemental attack spells compare to DB exactly the same as a melee attack? i.e. Does plate armour help protect against an electrical bolt the same as it would a sword? Can you parry attack spells?

Elemental Attack spells are ranged attacks, so armor counts and you could claim cover, but not parrying.
