Title: interactive table of contents?

Does the HARP Fantasy core rulebook PDF not have an interactive table of contents? Mine doesn't seem to.

It does not. The HARP PDFs are not hyperlinked PDFs.

You're welcome. I was given permission by the author of a different RPG to work on an hyperlinked version of its (<- author's pronoun preference) game. That was months ago, I haven't started, and have told the author as much.
