Title: Where are the stats for weapons that provide a parry bonus?

I remember reading somewhere in one of the books about certain weapons providing a DB when used in full parry?
I just now remembered something about the "Shielding Weapon" combat style in Martial Law and found in the example it lists the Main Gauche as having a +15 to parry. Where is that listed at? I am particularly looking for the DB bonus from a Sai when used to parry.
