I do the web admin for a site. I could set up a side little chat off the main to be used. If you can find other people. It is a HTML style chat and has a dice roller. It is set up to be used for WoD but can just put in 2 and it will roll 2 d10 and then you can use that as %.
Anyways if you can find a few others that would be interested let me know and I can set one up.

ResourceMasters has lots of games already running, pop over and see if you like it.
PbP is slower than face to face, but it works and in some ways gives for better character building, as the story becomes more important.

I've got an RMC/RM2 game just starting to call for characters over on the Resource Masters forum. it is titled Rise of a Dark Lord and is set in a mostly Middle Earth setting. Stop be and if you are interested let me know.
