The preorders aren't moving quickly enough for me to make general new orders in time for Christmas. Because of this, I won't be able to guarantee Christmas for preorders that come in unexpectedly after November. Still, that doesn't mean you're out of luck. If you know you are going to have an order between the end of November and the 10th or so, I can probably still guarantee you a book if I know about it by the end of the month. Send me a PM.
After the first, I'll keep you updated on when we run out of copies. So essentially, I'll tell you when we're running low and won't be able to make Christmas on one of the versions.
