I dimly remember this, reading it in Waldens Books back in the day.

I remember it had rules for magic and stuff.

Anyone able to tell me how it worked and was the book any good?

I used to own it (I may still - but it might be in storage) & no, no magic. It was a "cyberspace" based adventure, the magic was only when your character's were log into the game (run by the New Hitler Youth) if I remember correctly.
