Topic: Product Idea : Rolemaster Appendices

Just a quick idea that would be simple to assemble and would be very useful.

A Rolmemaster Appendices book. Maybe one for RMSS and one for RMC. It would just hold all the major tables used from any/all books. The obvious exception would be arms law as it could defeat the concept... but then again, if it's just the tables referenced with out the rules, maybe it would still have it's uses.

What do you all think? Would such a product be useful for your games?

Wouldn't it be essentially the same thing as the GM's screen?

No - ALL the tables you can gather... from character gen tables all the way combat tables could be included, not just play aids...

They could be in a series of small booklets like the original arms law / claw law tables.

I think the RMSR had 90% of the needed tables in the back. Update them for the requisite set of TPs, Professions, Skills, and Races, and you'd be pretty much there. You could start adding C&M, Treasures, and Arms/Spell law for completion. I think the biggest issue is, at what point do you stop? You'd negate the value of some of the books (AL especially) if you aggregated all the real information contained.

Maybe not each weapon chart, but the crit tables would definately be useful.
