HARP Bestiary Spell Question

I was looking through the bestiary and something caught my eye. Under the Fire Dragon spell list, there is a spell called Conflagration on page 234. I do not recall that spell. I also can't find it in the main book, the College of Magic supplement, nor the Bestiary itself. Am I missing it? Can someone tell me where to find it?

Conflagration is on page 80 of College of Magics.
