HARP Subterfuge - Print version is ready (Table of Contents here)

The print version of HARP Subterfuge is now available. At the moment there is no preview, so (as the author) I am taking the liberty to post the table of contents here for anyone who is interested. Thanks to everyone who has helped make this a Best Silver Seller.
