Purchacing AT12

Hey. Sorry if this a dumb post I've looked but havent found it covered.
I know AT3/4 are animal only but what about AT11/12? I cant find purchace prices in RMC CL. Thanks in advance.

It's an interesting option for magical armor or, possibly, a quest based item where you have to gather the items and find the right crafter.

I required the players to find a skin (usually magical) like a dragon or fell beast that was crafted (via alchemy) into the equivalent of plate armor but made of a leather-like substance granting AT-11 (half) or AT-12 (full) suits. General rule of thumb was upper hides of dragons made AT 11/12 (sometimes 19/20) and lower (undersides) of dragons made AT-7/8 (or AT-15/16 equiv).
