Hiya!
I've been a forum lurker for some years now(back since January 2007 to be specific). I've been a huge MERP/Rolemaster fan for decades now, as a lot of other people are too, pretty much since some older friends got me hooked on roleplaying games back in the mid 80s. The art found on the covers of and within the various ICE rpg books and game modules pretty much was the main source of inspiration for me taking up working with digital arts and game projects and partially making a living from it.
One of my ambitions was to draw and paint illustrations for ICE, and I've achieved that and then some. I believe it was back in 2011 or so when I sent Thom a "fan art" of their new ICE logo, with some minor adjustments, the "fan art" went on to become the logo used by ICE today.
Since then, I've been part of a team of freelance illustrators, working under Thom Jones and Nicholas Caldwell for several years now. It's been nothing but fun and quite a satisfying event when another ICE printed book comes along with artwork you've been part of creating.
Some artwork, small and large, has not yet been published, but I wanted to use this thread to show my artwork that has been published up until now, on the ironcrown.com website, in HARP books (and soon in other ICE books).
I also am the creator behind the Game Master's Campaign - Fantasy art kit project, you may find more info about the project and art kits here:
http://www.rpgartkits.comIn addition to running my own art projects and illustrating for ICE, I've also worked as a freelance artist for small indie companies and larger established companies, including AEG, Fantasy Flight Games, working with games such as Legend of the Five Rings, Call of Cthulhu, Talisman, Descent and more.
