Thanks for ERA, it is a great software =)
I've got a question: We play Rolemaster Classic with a house rule: Each character has the same amount of development points for each level.
Is it somehow possible to manually set the amount of DP per level in ERA?

Yes, you can.
1) Start ERA
2) Go to the advanced options (click on the About button to the right in the Module selection screen)
3) Use the link that says "To customize your rule set, click here."
4) Open the "Calculate Development Points" option and see if the number you need is mentioned there.
5) If it is, choose it and click "Apply these values". This will reset the server and any new level up from now on will give that many DPs
6) If you wanted another number of fixed DPs not listed there:
a) chose one of them (let's say 60) and click on "Apply these values"
b) find the file "ERA/RMC/Configuration/RuleSettings.XML" in your installation and edit it
c) change the 60 where it says <DevelopmentPointsFormula>60</DevelopmentPointsFormula> to whatever number you needed and save the file
d) close the ERA server and start it again to apply the change
