Title: Help with star iron

Hi! We have been gaming in the Shadow World for about twenty years, but we have never used star iron! Does anyone know its properties? Thanks.

Star Iron is a meteoric alloy metal, created in space and extremely difficult to work, even by the Essænce Lords. One of the few uses was to create a setting for the Shadowstone. I don't recall ever giving the metal any other attributes. It can only be found in small chunks, meteorites, fallen from space.

Thanks. It does say in the Atlas that it has "other arcane properties" that were presumably known only during the First era, but that is not important right now I suppose, since the players would not know about them anyway.
