Yes, but sadly, I had to make it by photocopying all of the herb charts and tables from all of the Companions and sticking them in a 3-ring binder for easier reference.  

The best collection of herbs is ChL&CaL pgs 29-31.  You can even roll 3d10 for a random herb generator.  RMC-I has another chart of breads/herbs/poisons as well.  Those two tables are the best major listings.    Beyond that, I had to photocopy everything to include into one binder.

jdale, in this thread, pointed out a random generator that has herbs for a different version of Rolemaster. I'm going to update it and try to modify the rules so I simply pick a climate and terrain, click go, and get a list of every herb in that area. I'ts all html and easily savable, so I can combine them all into a single file if I want to have a consolidated and searchable list.
