Title: World Tree Species Conversion

For starters, as I say in the file anyway, these species are not necessarily balanced yet; and I'm considering dropping some abilities. I was unable to find guidelines in HARP Sci Fi about how many DP extra abilities should cost unless I just need to look at the Genetic Adaptation table. Anyway, here's the "quick and dirty" species conversion, version 1. While it says for HARP Fantasy, it could be for either.

Looking at dagohir's topic "Races without talents" will inform changes based on the DP ranges given.
