Where is the Combat Companion for RMC ?

In my bookshelf, I've the Combat Companion for RMC, with the 3 classes of semi spell users.

I want to find it in PDF, but I don't see it on RPGNow.

What is the problem with this book ?

 AFAIK, the new ICE does not have the rights to the book.

Mjolnir did not pay the artists, so to bring it back we would need to find and reimburse every single unpaid artist OR we would have to replace most of the artwork and expend further effort on a new layout etc. Either way, the potential return on investment is too low to warrant such effort.
