This is just to say that registered beta testers can access:
explicitskills.pdf (skill descriptions for skills that have lots of subskills)
PersonalWeaponsvsVehicles (new rules on that topic)
Revised vehicle stat table (new values for structural hits)

Now added a Master NPC Table.

You need to add racial bonuses (e.g +30 to human hits, +10 to PEPs, etc.), racial and high stat bonuses, and professional level bonuses. Does not include Fusion professions.

Can I ask where? I went to the download section and I did not see them thier, is it simply a problem of checking the uploads for viruses? Or are they hidden someplace else beside the HARP SF beta section?

They are in the HARP SF Beta section though they might be hiding on the second page. I can definitely see them but then I'm a global moderator so my higher permissions level may be making them more visible. They are also the latest files showing up immediately on clicking the Downloads link.

Thanks, I think I was under the impresion that the newest post would be first under the HARP Beta section, so I looked on the first page. Also last night when I was thier I did not see them listed in the newest post section.
But no worries as they are thier now.

Combat Actions
Grenades
Vehicle Initiative Modifiers

for the most up-to-date rulings on these.

Note that once Tim issues a pdf of the latest checkpoint these and other files will become redundant and will be removed.

New revision of the Cyberware chapter is now up with some new options and price rises for anything that gives stat or skill bonuses (so that they are more in line with the cost multipliers applied to equipment.)
