Title: Where to find level bonuses?

OK, this is probably a silly question since I'm sure it's in the books, but I'm playing in Fantasy Grounds so the books are not searchable, and all the references to chapters and sections don't match up.  I've seen several references to level bonuses (for example, for martial arts and monks) but I can NOT find the table for this.  I think I've searched all of Character Law.  Can someone tell me what section this table is in?  What's the section heading?  If you can give me the section of the FG edition it would be even better.  Thanks!

In the RMC character law the tables you  need are in tables 09-07 or 09-08 depending on which version you use.

It is in chapter 9 Experience and Advancing Levels
